1. General Terms & Applicability

By using the 111ber website and mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 111ber and its members.

111ber is an online entertainment platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions apply to members in Bangladesh.

• 111ber reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
• Where both a Bengali and an English version exist, the English version shall be legally binding.
• If any part of these terms and conditions becomes invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

2. Account Registration & Usage Rules

To open an account on 111ber, the following conditions must be met. These requirements exist to protect our members.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing any other person to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 111ber may temporarily suspend it pending verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is an important part of 111ber's process. You may be asked to complete KYC before making a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a certain threshold — this is purely to protect your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Payments on 111ber are fully transparent and fast. There are no hidden charges or extra fees. See the key details in the table below:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• 111ber is not liable for any payment delays caused by mobile banking service providers.
• If fraud or irregularity is suspected, 111ber may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

111ber's bonuses and promotions are offered as additional benefits for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms — make sure you read them carefully.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit. The same individual may not claim the bonus across multiple accounts.
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance — typically 5× to 20× the bonus amount.
• Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A maximum bet limit applies when using bonus balance. Generally, no more than 10% of the bonus balance may be placed on a single bet.
• ACCA Bonus: Win an ACCA with 3 or more legs and receive an additional 5%–50% bonus payout based on the number of legs.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any bonus offer — such as bonus abuse or arbitrage betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5. Betting Rules & Limits

There are a few key rules all members must follow when betting on 111ber. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and VIP level.
• 111ber reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time — particularly in cases of match-related uncertainty.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 111ber reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. Any such bets will be voided and the account may be closed.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, stakes will be refunded. Specific rules apply for draw or tie markets.
• For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply — even if there is a connection drop or a delay in confirmation.

111ber uses advanced technology to detect suspicious betting patterns. If a member's betting behaviour appears unusual, 111ber may temporarily hold winnings pending verification.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

111ber believes betting is entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We are committed to providing members with a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Through the Self-Exclusion feature, you can request to suspend your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 1 day and 3 months.
• Limits take effect immediately once set. A cooling-off period of 24–72 hours applies before a limit can be raised.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, the 111ber support team can provide information on specialist organisations.

7. Grounds for Account Closure & Suspension

111ber reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through bonus abuse or artificial betting patterns.
• Suspected involvement in illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Abusive behavior toward the support team or other members.

To close your account, contact the Support Team directly. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn, provided no terms have been violated.

8. Changes to Terms & Latest Update

111ber may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and receive any remaining valid balance.
